problems problems problems

hi guys,

i need your help... i'm looking for problems around us that we got annoyed so much, that we wish someone come up with some solution/TECHNOLOGY, that we complain constantly... it can be anything. as simple as it might sound... environmentally, medical, education, pollution, energy, electricity, fabrics, anything... anything you can thing of

i'll give you examples
1. nyc is a great city. but yes, i have to admit that certain area is stink, esp. during summer. why? 'cuz of those trash...
2. landfill.... it's full of human waste. it stinks, it's still piling up.
3. AM+FM radio... it's full of commercial breaks, you have to wait 'til the end of the song to know who sings it/the title of the song, your fav station only cover certain area and when you're out of the coverage area, all you hear is just static... BUT THEN, for this one, the solution is there... the satellite radio
4. plastic... it's actually REALLY bad for the environment, yet we're still using it
5. coal/gasoline

there're so much more out there... but i'm just wondering if you can help me out. i'd highly appreciated

there's no such thing as bad/stupid idea... if you have a lot, then give me the list :)


PS:
1. and if you could... please forward this to everybody you know... i REALLY REALLY need to collect as many problems as possible. i have my list already, but i need more... and just in case you're wondering what this is for.. it's for my other BIG project... let's say that we're trying to changing the world to be a better place ;) by finding some solutions better than just A/C, microwave, invisible braces, vacuum cleaner, TV, satellite radio, motion detector, etc...
2. what i'm doing is collecting all complains/problems/ideas... it's a research and we're trying to come up with a solution/TECHNOLOGY. it's better to start from now, right? little by little... 1 small thing at a time... before it gets worse
